Warranty Coverage
Scandinavian Optics products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Includes
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical faults under normal operation
- Optical defects resulting from manufacturing
- Electronic component failures under normal operating conditions
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation or operation
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and consumable components
- Damage caused by environmental conditions outside recommended operating specifications
