Shipping

• Worldwide shipping available
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability
• Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and import regulations in their country
• Tracking information will be provided once orders have been dispatched

Returns

Products may be returned only after prior approval from Scandinavian Optics.

To be eligible for return:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom-configured microscopy systems
• Special-order products
• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify Scandinavian Optics within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the product.
